Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy) for “Chiko Extermination”

M16 LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, other applicable laws and regulations, and relevant guidelines regarding the handling of information, including users’ personal information, in connection with the application “Chiko Extermination” (the “Service”), and hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

1. Definitions

1. “Personal Information” means personal information as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
2. “Personal Data” means Personal Information constituting a personal information database, etc., handled by us.
3. “Retained Personal Data” means Personal Data over which we have the authority to disclose, correct, suspend use of, or otherwise handle under applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information in providing the Service.

2.1 Account Information

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile image
• User identifier from an external authentication service
• Any other information the user enters or registers as profile information

2.2 Schedule and Usage Information

• Schedule information (such as title, meeting place, date/time, penalty amount, and participant information)
• Invitation codes, invitation status, and participation history
• Arrival records (such as arrival date/time, lateness determination results, and information necessary for such determination)
• Inquiry details and communications with us (including inquiries by email)
